If their first born is a female, they should be allowed one more and than cut off. Than in 300 years time, we will be able to specifically grade each person on weather or not they are able to drive and own firearms, as well as educate children in smaller groups, with a higher chance of success. of course, with a lower population, there will be less need for firearms. This would also help cure poverty, gobal warming, diseases, and drastically shorten need for government appointed military. Exploitation of the earths resources will decrease. Population controll will raise less over all crop for the government for industrial and military use and yeild more overall independance. That makes no sense whatsoever, since females are the stronger sex and a female is more likely to be born than a male because females are more likely to survive (pre-birth), that would do less to decrease the population, and there's nothing wrong with having fewer males, fuck, there are plenty in China already. Some people really just don't need to have any children, it would a crime against nature. Instead of forcing these ideas upon people, it might be a better idea to try explaining to everyone that what they are doing is reckless and will result in the destruction of life on the planet.
